Contracts Manager - National

As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and flexible Contracts Manager to join our Asbestos team. It is essential that you are driven, independent, and a strong team player. A background in project management and industry knowledge are required to thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing turnkey projects with new and existing clients, focusing on price certainty, reducing overruns, managing change, risk mitigation, efficient timelines, and quality assurance.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, guidance, and quality standards while integrating new work streams into the business.

Qualifications and experience:

• UKAS Auditor Training
• ACAD Licensed Director Training
• Over 10 years of consultancy experience and BOHS P405 qualification

About the Asbestos team:

We hold UKAS accreditation for Inspection and Testing, providing comprehensive asbestos consultancy services across the UK to over 300 clients, including surveying, lab analysis, project management, policy review, and training. Our work is vital in preventing asbestos exposure and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
