Job summary

Clements Young are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work. You will oversee multiple new build and refurbishment projects across diverse sectors, enjoying genuine autonomy, influence and opportunities for progression.

The role focuses on successful delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong track record delivering new build and refurbishment projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts and warranty requirements.
• Commercially astute with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Leading site teams and supporting Site Managers.
• Monitoring programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Clements Young are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager that's looking to join a successful and growing construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work.

We're seeking a commercially aware and delivery-focused Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build and refurbishment projects across a diverse range of sectors. The Role

You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
