Job summary

Damicor Ltd in Northampton is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will lead project teams, manage programmes, budgets and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery at the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, QS and subcontractors, driving safety, commercial success and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar in fit-out/construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

A well-established and growing fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial, office, retail, hospitality, and interior refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Northampton.

The Role As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, clients, and subcontractors, you will provide leadership across all operational aspects of project delivery.

Requirements Essential

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar within the fit-out, interiors, or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, contracts, and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Experience delivering office, retail, hospitality, or leisure fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts.
• SMSTS Qualification.
• First Aid Qualification.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
