Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd in Rotherham is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple passive fire protection contracts, coordinating with site teams and clients to deliver on time. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days travelling to sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a contracts manager.

An established SME specialising in passive fire protection and compliance services is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to support its continued growth and project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a specialist business, take ownership of multiple projects, build strong client relationships and work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Working arrangements: Three days per week at the Rotherham office, with two days spent visiting sites nationwide. Flexibility to travel and stay away when required is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• £55,000+ basic salary, depending on experience.
