Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in Passive Fire Protection or related construction discipline.
• Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors or related compliance works.
• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance or compliance-led environments is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role within Passive Fire Protection, Fire Protection or a related construction discipline
• Experience managing multiple projects or contracts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors or associated compliance works
• Experience working within social housing, planned maintenance or compliance-led environments would be advantageous
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage operational teams effectively
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
