This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering a varied portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors.
The successful Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects at any one time, typically managing 2-3 schemes with values ranging from approximately £1 million up to £10 million.
As Contracts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for multiple live construction projects, working closely with Site Managers, clients, subcontractors and the wider management team.
You will oversee projects through the full construction lifecycle, from initial groundworks and structural stages through steel frame, envelope, internal works and fit-out to final completion and handover.
