Within the Construction environment, think about buying materials, managing big projects, ensuring health and safety, and customer service. At any given time, you’ll find us working on some circa 400 developments in both towns and rural areas across the UK, each posing unique challenges. Reporting to the Construction Director, the Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing site development from land acquisition to completion, ensuring Safety, Health, and Environmental standards are maintained, and Programme, Quality, and Cost targets are achieved within budgets and timescales through effective management of Site Managers and subcontractors. The role includes delivering the divisional construction execution plan.
