Contract Manager - Offshore Wind

Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support a major offshore wind programme within a leading energy organisation. Hybrid – Durham or Edinburgh, 1–2 days in the office, 6-month contract with likely extension.

You will manage contracts and supplier relationships across offshore wind projects, ensuring commercial performance, compliance and timely contract delivery.

Candidates with renewables or regulated sectors will suit, with knowledge of SAP/IFS or similar systems advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial management.
• Experience in offshore wind or renewable energy projects preferred.
• Background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or nuclear sectors considered.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing complex contracts.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management principles.
• Experience administering development, construction, or operational contracts.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of SAP/IFS or similar systems advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in commercial, engineering, legal, or business disciplines beneficial.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally demonstrate:

• Strong experience within Contract Management, Procurement, or Commercial Management
• Previous experience within offshore wind or wider renewable energy projects preferred
• Candidates from energy, utilities, infrastructure, or nuclear backgrounds will also be considered
• Proven experience negotiating and managing complex contracts
• Strong understanding of procurement and contract management principles
• Experience administering development, construction, or operational contracts
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement effectively
• Knowledge of SAP/IFS or similar systems would be advantageous
