Job summary

The Boden Group is seeking a Contract Coordinator to schedule both preventive maintenance and reactive work orders for field engineers at Trinity Buoy Wharf, London. This 40-hour-per-week role is advertised as temporary, with a potential to go permanent, paid weekly via umbrella.

You will allocate jobs, manage engineers diaries, prioritise workloads, and perform general administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling work orders and coordinating field engineers.
• FM background would be ideal and helpful.
• Familiarity with repairs planner, FM coordinator, or similar role is advantageous.

As a Contract Coordinator you will:

• Schedule out both ppm and reactive work orders to engineers
• Allocate jobs as needed and updating accurately on the database
• Manage engineers diaries and prioritise work loads
• Carry out general administrative work as required

To be successful as a Contract Coordinator you will need:

• Previous experience in scheduling
• Previous experience in an FM background would be ideal
• Experience in a similar role such as repairs planner, FM coordinator, FM Scheduler, Works coordinator, Works planner, repairs admin, Helpdesk coordinator etc
