Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Officer to join the Property Services team at The Hive, Wembley, with travel to other offices including Basingstoke. You will manage servicing and maintenance contracts, engage with contractors, monitor performance and ensure compliance across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes contract administration, KPI analysis, and robust financial controls to deliver value for money and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, contract administration, compliance or similar.
• Knowledge of compliance and/or mechanical and electrical (M&E) disciplines is desirable.
• Strong customer focus with commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational management of servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Work with contractors and Property Services teams to ensure high service delivery standards.
• Monitor contract performance and develop service improvement actions.
