  • Manage a team of Finance Administrators, a Stores Supervisor and Stores personnel responsible for all budget and transactional activities within the BEM department.
  • Ensure BEM stores are adequately stocked and audited in line with service requirements.
  • Work closely with hospital engineers and their teams to facilitate robust budget management and provision of accurate, quality data.
  • Act as key advisor and point of contact to the Associate Director Estates and Facilities – Buildings, Maintenance and Engineering on all matters pertaining to the BEM budget and contracts.

Role Overview

As Contracts and Finance Manager you will professionally oversee the management of contracts and associated budgets, ensuring accurate, timely monitoring and reporting of all expenditures against the contracts and budgets.

Important Information

Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full‑time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, we will not offer a full‑time permanent contract to a Student visa holder unless you meet one of the following conditions:
