Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of external and internal documentation related to international trade and operations.
• Originate KYC, Compliance, and NDA contracts ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standards.
• Work with senior management to ensure all trade contracts are compliant across numerous jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Management, and Finance teams to execute and analyze all contracts related to international oil trade.
• Own all contracts administration within the global trade offices across London, Geneva, and Dubai, working closely with the CFO and Office Manager.
• Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for contracts administration and compliance for the group.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a contracts administration/analyst role within an international trade house (oil, energy trading firm)
• Excellent knowledge of global requirements for physical trade contract agreements
• Proven experience handling and producing KYC, NDAs, and trade contracts within international markets across Europe, Middle East, Americas, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with senior management to identify and address contractual issues.
