Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Contractor Supervising Officer for a client site in Washington, Tyne and Wear. You will ensure contractor and visitor management on site, enforcing RAMS and safety policies while coordinating with the client and internal teams.

Role requires leading a CSO team, managing health and safety compliance, and travelling to other North England sites as needed. A strong track record in hard FM is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record for managing contractors and subcontractors in hard FM/commercial properties.
• Excellent customer communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• IOSH NEBOSH SMSTS qualifications preferred.
• Clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor and visitor management on client site in line with RAMS.
• Coordinate start-up meetings and ensure compliance paperwork.
• Monitor safety, performance, and KPI/SLA delivery.
• Travel to other sites across North England.
• Mentor CSO team and drive operational excellence.
