Job summary

Plentific is seeking a Contractor Development Manager to grow and onboard its contractor network for social housing and local authority clients. You’ll expand the pool of qualified tradespeople, verify credentials and manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle on the Plentific platform.

You’ll work with a motivated team to identify regional supply gaps, negotiate project requirements and SLAs, and drive onboarding to ensure reliable capacity for client projects across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management or similar roles.
• Ability to own a sales/partner pipeline from first contact to live contractors.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with traders and small business owners.
• Comfortable using a CRM and Google Workspace; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow our contractor network by reaching out to matching profiles and onboarding them.
• Verify contractor information, certificates and documents to ensure compliance.
• Own the contractor pipeline end-to-end and track progress in our CRM.
• Identify regions and trades needing more supply and feed back pricing/SLAs insights.
