Job summary

The role focuses on RAMS review, PTW support and coordination with SHEQ for audits and improvements, requiring strong FM experience and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Engineering or FM background.
• Level 3 FM qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance in FM.
• Experience managing contractor compliance & KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory and legal compliance documentation to audit-ready state.
• Coordinate subcontractor attendance, access, and planned maintenance.
• Review RAMS to ensure safe systems of work.
