Job summary

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 3-month contract to own the sourcing, screening, and management of candidate pipelines across Frontline Sales and Operations. The role requires proactive sourcing, rigorous screening, and close collaboration with hiring managers to hit targets and maintain fast interview cycles.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee ATS integrity across systems, and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent-pooling strategies.
• Experience handling high-volume roles and multiple open positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage frontline sales and operations talent.
• Screen candidates to assess commercial and operational fit and availability.
• Manage end-to-end interview processes and complex loops.
• Ensure ATS data accuracy and timely candidate communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet weekly targets and improve offer acceptance.
