Clarion Housing Group is hiring a Contract Support Officer for the Property Services directorate. Based in London or Norwich, you’ll support contract teams with documentation, procurement processes, KPI compliance and audits throughout the contract lifecycle.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong data analysis and experience in contract administration, with advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Visio, Access).

Salary: London - £33,826.00 - £39,188.00 / Norwich - £30,793.00 - £35,626.00 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term contract / secondment until 30th April 2027
We're looking for a Contract Support Officer to provide high-quality support across our Property Services directorate, helping to ensure services are delivered consistently, efficiently and effectively.
As a key member of the Strategic Repairs Team, you'll support contract teams with the production and management of essential documentation. You will support the M&E teams with contract management workstreams including complaint management, procurement processes, KPI compliance and regular audits of internal processes. You'll ensure information is accurately tracked and maintained throughout the contract lifecycle, while confidently representing the team at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
You’ll coordinate regular reviews of Property Services policies and procedures, working with operational teams to implement and communicate updates. You’ll also collate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits, helping to ensure the directorate remains compliant and audit ready.
To be successful, you'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience analysing and presenting large volumes of data. You'll bring knowledge of contract administration, documentation or contract management, alongside strong IT skills and comprehensive experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Visio and Access. Attention to detail and the ability to manage information accurately are essential.
