Citizen Housing in the West Midlands is seeking a Contracts Officer- Mechanical & Electrical to support the Gas and Electric teams with planning, scheduling, and delivery of service, installation, repair and maintenance contracts. Reporting to the Electrical Contracts Manager, you will support M&E Team Managers in the planning, scheduling, and successful delivery of service, installation, repair, and maintenance contracts, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and compliance. Assist in the supervision and coordination of external contractors, helping to ensure effective operational delivery and adherence to contractual requirements. Manage and monitor remedial works, ensuring issues are accurately recorded, progressed, and completed within agreed timescales. Provide accurate compliance and performance data to the Compliance Hub, supporting Statutory Compliance Officers in meeting statutory, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Salary: £46,877 per year
Location: 4040 Lakeside, Solihull Parkway, B37 7YN
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 Hours
