About the role: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Support Administrator to join our team at WPS in London. This role will support our operational teams, ensuring smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the contract team, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Assist with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and handle general office duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.
About You
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
