Job summary

North West Leicestershire District Council is recruiting a full-time Contracts Supervisor on a fixed-term basis to 31 March 2028. The role sits in the Asset Management Team and focuses on delivering investment, capital improvement and decarbonisation projects.

You will oversee project delivery, performance and budgets, work with contractors and residents, and ensure energy-efficient improvements are completed to a high standard. Hybrid working applies.

Qualifications

• Experience within the social housing sector.
• Proven construction project management experience.
• Ability to supervise contractors and manage budgets.
• Experience delivering energy-efficient/improvement projects.
