Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a decarbonisation scheme with a social housing contractor in Leeds.

You will manage on-site resources, RAMS approvals, sub-contractors and site personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while delivering to programme and budget. The role includes chairing weekly client/contractor meetings and coordinating logistics with travel within the region as required.

Qualifications

• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site resources, RLOs, sub-contractors, site personnel, costs, quality, and safety to meet timelines and budgets.
• Review RAMS and ensure health & safety compliance on sites.
• Monitor master programme and procure labour/sub-contractors to meet the programme.
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks and chair weekly client/contractor review meetings.
• Organise site facilities/logistics and ensure equipment is fit for purpose and operated by trained staff.
• Requisition materials and manage deliveries in line with procurement schedule.
• Maintain workmanship and material standards per designs and regulations.
