Responsibilities

• Guide Sales and leadership on contract structure, risk trade-offs, and acceptable deviations.
• Review contracts for risk management and service needs per guidelines.
• Understand Park Place's evolving services and participate in contract development.
• Prepare and submit transactional paperwork for customers, vendors, etc.
• Draft contract language that meets company standards and customer needs.
• Work to manage risks within the parameters set by the company.
• Independently assess legal and financial risk and modify contracts as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
