Job summary

Consult is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 3-month hybrid role in London. You will own end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality digital products.

You will apply UX, interaction design, UI design, prototyping and design systems, balancing user needs with business goals while ensuring accessibility. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and collaborative workshops within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
• Experienced in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture.
• Background in UI design and prototyping.
• Strong experience with design systems and accessibility, applying inclusive and scalable design principles.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation and co-design.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product, engineering and research.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, IA and high-fidelity UI concepts.
• Ensure accessibility and scalable design systems are applied consistently.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to align stakeholders and ideate solutions.
