Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 3-month hybrid role in London. You will lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, shaping user journeys and information architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes UX/UI design, prototyping, and strong alignment with design systems and accessibility. You will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive outcomes in an agile environment.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Strong experience in end-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.
• Experienced in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture.
• Background in UI design and prototyping
• Strong experience with design systems and accessibility, applying inclusive and scalable design principles.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation and co-design.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products.
