Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Contract Trainer for Olympia London to design, deliver and continually improve training across the security contract. You will ensure officers, supervisors, and duty managers are competent, compliant and prepared to meet contractual and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a training role within security or similar environment.
• Experience designing, delivering and assessing training programmes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a contract-specific training strategy.
• Develop structured programmes for staff at all levels.
• Ensure training aligns with legislation, standards and client requirements.
• Update content in response to changes in operations and audits.
• Deliver engaging training using various methods.
• Induct, refresh and role-specific training as required.
• Coach supervisors/managers for on-the-job development.
• Act as SME for operational procedures and best practice.
• Implement competency assessment and assurance framework.
• Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments.
• Track training records per Carlisle and client requirements.
• Align training priorities with Contract Management and customer.
