Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and booking meetings with potential clients within the construction industry, with a primary focus the UK Market. This is a part-time, work from home role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead : Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry associations.
- Prospecting: Reach out to decision-makers and key stakeholders in construction companies to introduce our software solutions and identify their needs and pain points.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to maximize sales growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry, with experience in lead and appointment setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, including knowledge of key players, market dynamics, and industry challenges, is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively drive sales initiatives, with a strong sense of initiative and determination to achieve targets.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
