Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly organised Contract Manager & Project Support Professional to join our team at either Appleton or Carlisle. You will support EDF network operations in Carlisle and play a key role in our Special Operations Department across motorsport, events, logistics and brand engagement.

The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, travelling to events, and representing a brand while driving new opportunities and strengthening customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract management, project coordination, logistics, or operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance, renewals and key deliverables.
• Support project managers with planning, reporting, documentation and coordination.
• Track project timelines, resources, budgets and action plans.
• Organise meetings and maintain accurate project records.
• Liaise with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Operations teams as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
• Support account management activities, identifying opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and enhance service delivery.
• Oversee several key customer accounts, managing vehicle movements, driver allocation and event logistics.
• Coordinate and support attendance at events, exhibitions and motorsport activities, including the British Superbike Championship.
