Culina Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Transport Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our General Haulage and Formula 1 Transport division across the UK and Europe. You will report to the Transport Manager and play a key role in ensuring compliance, supporting drivers, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment, with strong knowledge of transport operations and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of WTD and EU Drivers' Hours regulations.
• Experience coordinating resources in transport, logistics or operations.
• Strong IT skills with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Transport Manager with daily operation of transport function.
• Coordinate deployment of drivers and resources to meet customer needs.
• Work with planning teams and suppliers to manage changing demands.
• Manage agency drivers and resource requirements.
• Monitor fleet servicing schedules and MOT compliance.
