Culina Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised EDF Maintenance & Contract Support Supervisor to ensure maintenance administration is accurate and timely while overseeing costs, budgets, vehicle compliance, and contractual commitments.

The successful candidate will support the Contract Manager and Finance Manager while leading a team of Vehicle Maintainers and Logistic Schedulers, focusing on administrative excellence, customer service, and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience handling large volumes of paperwork and data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Experience in fleet, transport, logistics or contract management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance paperwork from EDF contract contractors.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and compliance.
• Update internal spreadsheets and monitoring reports.
• Support Contract Manager and Finance Manager with project work.
• Lead and motivate a team of Vehicle Maintainers and Logistics Schedulers.
• Travel to remote locations as required.
