Job summary

Focus Group in Exeter is seeking a Contract Processing Agent to join the Customer Loyalty team. The role supports contract and documentation workflows, ensuring off-boarding is accurate and leaves customers with a strong final impression. Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 from home after probation.

You'll be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple admin tasks while communicating clearly across teams. Prior experience in a fast-paced processing environment is preferred.

Location: HQ – Exeter EX2 7JF (Hybrid 4 Days In Office 1 From Home After Successful Probation)

Salary: £25,000 + Annual Performance Based Bonus

You'll be working with contracts and documentation as part of our Customer Loyalty team, making sure off-boarding runs accurately and smoothly, so every customer leaves with a great last impression.

You’ll be:

• A strong communicator who works well across teams
• A problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest improvements
• Comfortable working independently but loves being part of a collaborative team

What you'll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced admin or processing environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple steps of a process simultaneously
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and persistence
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
• Capable of solving problems and suggesting improvements where needed
• Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
