Job summary

Biffa is seeking a Contract Support Manager to act as the contract’s business analyst and performance assurance lead. You will ensure data integrity, manage performance reporting frameworks and support compliance activities across functions and clients.

Working with operational managers and central teams, you will provide analysis and reports that drive decision-making and help meet contractual objectives while supporting continuous improvement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience coordinating or supervising teams.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety and environmental legislation.
• Project management experience using Prince2, Agile or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity across systems and timeliness of reporting.
• Lead contract data quality and governance.
• Develop and maintain the contract's performance reporting framework.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and MI packs.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks, opportunities and root causes.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and internal targets; escalate where needed.
• Support continuous improvement action plans and compliance activities.
• Coordinate internal audits and external accreditation requirements.
• Maintain training records and risk assessments for the contract.
