Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Developer to support a major transformation programme in Bristol. The role requires active SC clearance and involves developing, configuring and enhancing payroll functionality within Oracle HCM Cloud, collaborating with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver payroll calculations, integrations and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, strong knowledge of Oracle

• Proven experience developing within Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fast Formula.
• Experience with HCM Extracts and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with BI Publisher and payroll reporting.
• Understanding of payroll processing, calculations and data structures.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
