Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking Nursery Practitioners for West Midlands contracts across Solihull, Shirley, Great Barr, and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 across multiple settings, with guaranteed hours and a consistent wage.

Role requires Level 2+ in Early Years/Childcare, EYFS knowledge, and a flexible, reliable approach. Travel across the West Midlands is expected, with ongoing support from our recruitment team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery staff.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery procedures.
• Adapt to different nursery settings and teams across locations.
• Support daily routines including meals, personal care, and activities.
