Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is hiring Early Years Practitioners to join a nursery in Northampton. The role focuses on delivering safe, nurturing care and supporting children's development from EYFS guidelines.

We offer flexible working options including full-time, 4 full days per week, or 3 days for part-time, with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Level 2 or Level 3 EY qualifications are welcomed, with salary dependent on level and experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 2 in Early Years/Childcare and seeking a rewarding nursery opportunity.
• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and with a strong EYFS understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and participate in engaging activities matched to each child's needs.
• Build positive relationships with children and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Assist with observations, assessments and development records.
