Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to administer passive fire protection projects across London and surrounding areas. You will lead mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, commercially viable and of high quality.

The role requires strong technical and commercial knowledge of passive fire protection, including fire stopping, structural steel protection, intumescent coatings and fire doors, with experience managing site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Manager within passive fire protection.
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping and passive fire protection systems.
• Experience with structural steel protection and intumescent coatings.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple passive fire protection contracts from commencement through to completion.
• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, commercial performance and client relationships.
• Oversee works including fire stopping, structural steel protection, intumescent coatings and fire door installations.
• Monitor project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage variations, valuations and payments while protecting profitability.
