Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee passive fire protection projects in London and surrounding areas. You will manage project delivery from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safety, commercial performance, and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical and commercial understanding of passive fire protection, including fire stopping, structural steel protection, intumescent coatings and fire doors, with responsibility for client

Qualifications

Prev. Contract Manager/Senior Contract Manager in passive fire protection.
Strong knowledge of fire stopping and passive fire protection systems.
Experience with structural steel protection and intumescent coatings.
Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple passive fire protection contracts from commencement through to completion.
Oversee overall project delivery, programme, commercial performance and client relationships.
Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
Oversee works including fire stopping, steel protection, intumescent coatings and fire door installations.
Liaise with Tier 1/main contractors, clients and stakeholders.
Monitor project programmes to meet milestones and deadlines.
Manage variations, valuations and applications for payment.
