As part of the project team and under the guidance of the Project Director/Manager, the Contract Manager will effectively administer post-award of the main contract and address all aspects related to the contract with the client. Responsibilities include:

• Management and interpretation of contractual clauses between the company and the client.
• Monitoring contractual milestones and related payments with the Project Director/Manager.
• Serving as the point of contact for the client on contractual matters.
• Managing all variations and invoicing on the project.
• Advising the Project Director/Manager on any project execution aspects deviating from the contract requirements.
• Managing contractual and commercial risks to ensure early identification and proper management.
