Based in our Huthwaite office with hybrid working, the role requires strong negotiation skills, familiarity with regulated environments, and the ability to translate contract details into clear business guidance.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or accreditation in Contract Management.
• Significant experience in contract management and strategic agreements.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle, tendering, procurement and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Manage contractual activities for tenders, bids and frameworks.
• Provide expert contractual and commercial advice across the business.
• Develop and maintain contract governance frameworks and best practices.
• Identify, manage and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Oversee high-value contracts through the full lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across contracting and commercial processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop commercial strategies.
