Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Yorkshire seeks a Contract Manager to oversee contract performance, operations and compliance, while leading engineering and operational teams.

You will manage client relations, financial plans, and drive continuous improvements, ensuring safety and adherence to CBRE policies. Strong communication and health & safety knowledge are essential for delivering high-quality services on time.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hard Services FM, including self-delivery and subcontractor management.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to direct a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; solid Health & Safety knowledge (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and well-organised.
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Contract & Operations Management: Oversee contract performance, SLAs, compliance, and operations efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead Engineering and Operational teams with performance reviews and training.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and CBRE management; report and resolve issues.
  • Financial & Quality Control: Manage revenue, profit, costs, and ensure quality and policy adherence.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Identify improvements, implement controls, and ensure safe working environment.
  • Communication & Training: Deliver clear communication and ongoing training for site, systems, and staff development.
