Job summary

The Contract Manager role sits within the Commercial team to manage pre-contract and live project contracting, shaping commercial strategies and ensuring governance across diverse projects.

Based in Edinburgh, Nigg, or Aberdeen, you will review contracts, manage notices, and support tender submissions while ensuring compliance with Maraen's

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and qualifying contract documents across pre-contract and post-award phases.
• Ability to identify commercial risk and develop contracting strategies.
• Experience with NEC, FIDIC or bespoke EPC/EPCM contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse, and mark up contract documents and deviations.
• Develop contract qualifications and commentary for tenders.
• Support pre-contract negotiations with Head of Commercial and legal advisers.
