The OPPORTUNITY

As a Contract Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from development to delivery, working with clients, contractors, stakeholders, and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts throughout project phases.
• Managing NEC3 / NEC4 PSC and ECC contracts, including claims and variations.
• Collaborating with Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting governance processes and monitoring contract performance.
• Using contract management software like CEMAR.
• Leading contract development, changes, variations, and claims.
• Maintaining contractual records and mitigating risks.
• Promoting a contract management culture and mentoring teams.
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in contract management for major, regulated projects, e.g., nuclear.
• Skills in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts.
• Mandatory knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus but not required.
