We’re looking for an established Contracts Manager with experience in a professional services environment. The role is based remotely in the UK for a privately owned company with a supportive and high performing culture.

Reporting into the CCO, the purpose of this role is to support the achievement of the business plan and associated goals and objectives across the organisation’s legal entities

What You’ll Do With Us

• Contract generation, review, negotiation, finalisation, extension and renewal whilst ensuring that all contracts meet required timelines
• Provide the Commercial team with contract-related support throughout the sales process
• Act as main point of contact for vendors and other external parties in relation to contractual terms
• Prepare and finalise all consultant MSA and Task orders to ensure that they are in place prior to work commencing and in accordance with company KPIs
• Perform the role of Data Protection Officer for all company entities.
• Foster strong relationships with clients
• Support the objectives of the company.

What we are looking for

• Degree or equivalent education or experience
• Demonstrable experience in contract management
• Demonstrable experience in acting as a Data Protection Officer
• Ability to work autonomously with confidence to collaborate when needed
• Attention to detail and comfortable with identifying process efficiencies and/or improvements
• Able to plan and prioritise your workload, while sticking to timelines and having a proactive approach to keep things moving
• Act with integrity
• Be confident and comfortable with negotiation
