• Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare – Based at our client’s premises, oversee temporary workers, ensure smooth payroll processing, resolve queries, and coach/support performance.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Candidate Selection & Placement – Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements.
• Delivering High-Quality Service – Uphold company values and maintain service excellence.
