Job summary

First Choice Drainage Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to own and manage new and existing contracts from onboarding to renewal. You will oversee performance, financial tracking and KPI delivery, while building strong client relationships and coordinating with operations, finance and sales teams.

Based in England, this full-time role offers career progression, a pension scheme, a company laptop and a salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial management, or a similar role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confidence working with financial data and forecasting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• A collaboratives mindset and the ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts from onboarding through to renewal.
• Ensure contract terms are understood, followed, and updated when required.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for performance, queries, and escalations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met.
• Track and report on contract performance, ensuring all KPIs and service obligations are achieved.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvements with internal teams.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and margins across all contracts.
• Work closely with operations, finance, sales and management teams.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to take ownership of our new and existing contracts, ensuring they are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. This is a key role responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing contractual performance, supporting financial planning, and ensuring that all KPI's and service-level expectations are consistently achieved.
