Job Title: Onboarding Team Lead - (German Speaking)

Location: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Are you fluent in German and English? Are you looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing company where you can make a tangible impact from day one? Our client are hiring an Onboarding Team Lead to support their Swiss operations as part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

About the Role:

The key purpose of this role is to ensure the compliant onboarding of new candidates under their Swiss entity. You’ll manage contracts, terms of business, and be the go-to expert for all onboarding matters relating to Switzerland. This position reports to the Director of Compliance & Risk and works closely with Sales and Accounts teams – with a primary focus on supporting the DACH region, especially the Swiss Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the company, develop leadership experience, and deepen your understanding of contract management, international compliance, and commercial practices. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for candidates under the Swiss entity
• Provide compliance and risk reports to the Director
• Stay current with Swiss employment and contractor legislation
• Review and improve onboarding processes and policies
• Cross-check standard contractual documents in English and German (training provided)
• Enter contractor and client data into internal systems
• Support client onboarding processes and system setup
• Review, file, and maintain contractor and client documentation
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractors
• Handle adverse background checks and benefits administration
• Collaborate closely with Sales Team on contract and compliance matters
• Ensure all tasks meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)

Must-Haves:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
