As an MEP Contracts Manager, you will be at the forefront of our projects, responsible for overseeing and executing a range of vital tasks. Your key duties will include:

Estimating

Qualifications And Experience

To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Contracts Manager or in a supervisory role within the building services industry, working in prestigious buildings.

Proven track record in estimating electrical and mechanical project costs with meticulous attention to detail.

Extensive experience in project management, guiding teams toward achieving project objectives on time and within budget.

Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
