The SHDF project aims to enhance the quality and sustainability of social housing by improving standards and implementing energy-saving solutions for the community. Our dedicated team will lead efforts to increase energy efficiency and improve residents' living standards.
About the Role:
As a Contract Manager, you will work within our planned works team to ensure the delivery of a stable and profitable contract, providing excellent service and support through our local teams, emphasizing teamwork for the benefit of the community.
You will support the General Manager in delivering high-quality capital and programmed works, or built environment services to housing client properties. You will ensure teams operate to Mears standards and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to safety, quality, and budget standards.
Role Criteria:
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK; Mears does not sponsor visas. To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held a license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points. All roles require DBS/Security checks prior to employment.
