Mears Group is seeking a Contract Manager based in Tower Hamlets, London. The role is full-time and permanent, 42.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £61,505 per annum.
You will manage end-to-end contract delivery, oversee four supervisors, ensure compliance with health and safety rules, and drive performance across responsive repairs for occupied homes. Applicants must have social housing contracts experience and a UK driving licence.
