A well-established company is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their growing teams within Passive Fire Protection projects. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with travel to sites in Glasgow & Edinburgh.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will develop specifications for outsourced services, ensure proper project mobilisation and planning, review and validate payment applications, and ensure contract compliance. You will lead contractual discussions with stakeholders, assist the commercial team with invoice information, manage project budgets, and uphold onsite safety and quality standards, promoting a 'right first time' culture.

Required Skills / Experience

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in compartmentation and fire doors within Passive Fire Protection.
• Strong financial and communication skills.
• Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
