Pertemps Plymouth is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West & Wales. The role requires travel between sites and a full UK driving licence. Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum with a bonus scheme.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential for permanency and a chance to join a growing organisation. A company car or car allowance is provided.

• Ensure sites have appropriate staffing levels, equipment and supplies.
• Manage performance, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance and support to teams.

Contract Manager (Cleaning Services)

Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West & Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous cleaning management experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Location: Covering

Due to the nature of the position, a full UK driving licence is essential, as regular travel between sites will be required.
